- Critical Care Teams: Hospital/Nursing Home/Hospice
- Crisis Response Team: Rent Payment/Yard Work/Utilities
- Meal Team: Food for Family Emergencies/Support
- Community Care Team: Groceries/Dr.’s appointments/ex. Alliance of Aids Services in Knightdale
- Educational Team: Tutoring/Mentoring/Sponsoring
- Job Link Team: Skill Training/Resume’ Building/Referrals
