In 2002 Adrian Dixon and two other recent college grads moved to Eastern Wake County to begin planting a church that would reach those who had no church home or church affiliation. Over the last seven years, Northside Community Church has grown from three individuals to nearly 140 attenders. In order for us to accomodate the continued and steady growth, the church acquired 30 acres of property on Buffaloe Road in Knightdale and we're currently in the planning stages for a worship facility.
Northside Community Church is now writing the next chapter in its story. Located just outside of our state’s capital, the congregation is uniquely positioned to not only have an impact in this community but in the Triangle area. The strategy is simple but compelling. Create relevant environments where people desire to love God and love others. We want to mobilize groups of passionate Christ-followers to give their lives away in service to God and have a transforming impact on every aspect of culture.
And, that’s what Northside Community Church is all about. So what can you expect? A casual atmosphere with sincere worship, messages you can take with you, a dedicated children’s center, and some of the best people you will ever meet.
Whatever your circumstances—single, married, single again, with or without children—and no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, you matter to God and you matter to us.
