A Word on the NCC Leadership...
The staff at Northside all work full-time jobs outside of the church. In addition, the church is led by a group of elders with the Lead Pastor being part of the Elder Team. We see this model of leadership as a biblical approach to ministry as we're able to utilize our gifts for specific ministries while not being a financial obligation to the church body. This model allows for more resources to be devoted to ministries both locally and globally.
